PARROTPHEST TICKET ORDER FORM
Tickets for PARROTPHEST are available now!! Tickets are $20.00 per person.
Each ticket provides admission, cheeseburgers and fries, a chance at the door prize (ladies ring and earrings), a commemorative photo, name tag, dancing and, we hope, some serious fun! Tickets are limited.
Please PRINT the names of the ticket holders, below. You know, so we can have your name tags ready. Wanna go by an alias. That’s OK too. Just make sure we can read your writing. If you would like to reserve a table of 8 please let us know and we’ll be glad to set that up for you.
